DRONE INSPECTIONS

Drone Inspections & Surveys

Many properties have roofs and chimneys which cannot be seen from ground level and are their condition is often excluded from surveys. You could end up buying a house without knowing the condition of some important areas, particularly at high level.

Having a drone survey carried out means that high level inspections can be carried out safely and quickly.

DRONE INSPECTIONS

Many properties have roofs and chimneys which cannot be seen from ground level and are their condition is often excluded from surveys. You could end up buying a house without knowing the condition of some important areas, particularly at high level.

Having a drone survey carried out means that high level inspections can be carried out safely and quickly.

Drones, which are also known as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are increasingly used for a variety of purposes including agricultural crop management, inspecting utility installations, carrying out environmental studies and accessing difficult or dangerous areas.

We are one of the few chartered surveyors who have permission for commercial operations granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. The PFCO is a statutory requirement for such work.

Achieving this qualification involves written and practical exams as well as preparing operation manuals and having public liability insurance in place. Whatever your requirements for a high level inspection, please contact us for a discussion.
