We’ve negotiated an a 60k reduction from the initial asking price. As per your recommendation, I arranged three roofing quotes, a timber inspection, and an electrical survey. Thank you for this as the quotes were a big help in our negotiations.


The roof is anticipated to be in the region of £30-40k. Rewiring was recommended by the electrician and will be circa £10k. Replacing the boiler and attending to the floor in the dining room, another 10k.
