Serious Outbreak Of Dry Rot

Dry rot is a fungal growth which destroys timber by extracting cellulose. As a result the timber will lose all its strength and crumble to virtually nothing. It will spread through the property even across brick and concrete surfaces. The growth will continue even after the source of moisture has been removed. Treatments can be costly and involve thorough disinfecting of all adjacent surfaces.'
