  • Contact Information: In order for us to respond to your message and possibly to meet to follow up with a meeting or work related services. 

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address is registered by our site analytics tool which we use to see how many visits we’ve had to our site and from which area.


We do not collect or store personally identifiable information from our website visitors


What we do with your data

The data we collect as a result of you contacting us, is used to respond to your message, only with your knowledge and consent, would it be shared with specific work related supplier organisations, departments, agencies and public bodies.


Your information is saved on our electronic filing system which is protected and encrypted with leading industry standard software.


We will not (and never will)

Pass on, sell or rent your data to third parties or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

However, we will share your data if we are required to do so by law (by court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime).


How long we keep your data

We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this document. Therefore; A minimum of one year and a maximum of seven.

Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
